    I just saw your review on the Butternut Squash Galette on Treehugger.com and I couldn’t agree more with you on your comment. I saw your photo and it looks exactly like what I want to make for our Thanksgiving. Would you have the time to give me a few tips on how I can achiever such a delicious looking meal?

    Yes, I followed the Epicurious recipe pretty closely. It was really easy. I had onions on hand instead of shallots so I used that, and I also used cheese that I had on hand, keeping to the proportions in the recipe. It was delicious and a great way to use butternut squash.
