Liz Sullivan and Maud at homeHi, I’m Liz. I work as an Online Content Manager at Babson College, and I’m currently enrolled in the MBA program there, too.

When I’m not off on a weekend jaunt or occupied with mountains of schoolwork, I like to cook and entertain at home with my husband Dave and our cats, Maud and Olivia. I ride my bike to work all year round, even in winter.

  1. Hi Liz,
I just saw your review on the Butternut Squash Galette on Treehugger.com and I couldn’t agree more with you on your comment. I saw your photo and it looks exactly like what I want to make for our Thanksgiving. Would you have the time to give me a few tips on how I can achiever such a delicious looking meal?
Did you get the recipe from :http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Butternut-Squash-Galette-351429
and did you follow ALL the directions?

Thank you so much. I know this is strange but your photo made it so appetizing. Thank you.

    Marie

  2. Hi Marie!

Yes, I followed the Epicurious recipe pretty closely. It was really easy. I had onions on hand instead of shallots so I used that, and I also used cheese that I had on hand, keeping to the proportions in the recipe. It was delicious and a great way to use butternut squash.

    Liz
